"He may not be your Prince Charming
You may not be his Princess
Maybe he'll never be your dream come true
and it's NO ONE's fault you won't be, too.

So what if you'll never look in his eyes?
Or exchange those sweet good-byes?
So what if you'll never get to hold his hand?
It's HIS BIG LOSS, it's not so bad.

Loving someone and not getting loved back
It might be God's way of pointing you the right track
What matters most is that you know how to love, to feel.
To gain courage to love again, shrugging "It's no big deal"

What I want to say is quite plain,
Never be afraid to hope again.
Love isn't as horrible and toxic as it may seem
And there might be a time where you just want to scream

Always bear in mind that no matter how hard it is
You are an amazing human being, you deserve better than this.
So if you ever think of forsaking that dreaded emotion
Think of the people who love you and of God's good intention."
